Using KPMGR from C:\Program Files (x86)\Kutana\Kappris on any installation of Kappris add a new printer profile and choose one of the new printers.
We only need one profile which will cover all printers using the same driver for all users.
Click OK and then double click the new profile in the right hand pane
Configure each tab as required - have a look at an existing one to get the idea.
With Canon devices always set the Color Mode to Black and White in the base snapshot on the Options tab
Click File - Publish to save changes and restart apps to test.
