You can find the location of the Central Configuration Folder from Microsoft Word by bringing up the Kappris print dialog and selecting Options|Configuration. The Central Configuration Folderis the path to your "Configuration file location".

An alternative way to find the location of the Central Configuration Folder is to run the Kappris Control Panel (KpMgr.exe) and select Tools|Options.

The location of this folder can only be changed by editing the file "config.ini" in the Kappris program files folder:

Kappris=\\monteverdi\Company\kappris.ini

This entry is a pointer to the Kappris Initialisation file and the Central Configuration Folder is deemed to be the folder containing this file.

Kappris Licence File

Your licence key will be sent to you as a zip file containing licence.xml.

Feel free to view the licence in your favourite xml viewer. DO NOT attempt to change the licence file. It is a "signed" document and cannot be altered without rendering it invalid.

To activate the licence, simply place the unzipped licence.xml in your Central Configuration Folder, replacing any other licence.xml.
