Word Integration (pre-Office 2010)

Overview

Two startup templates are required to integrate with Word: @kpnt01.dot and either KapprisWord.dot or KapprisInterwoven.dot.

@kpnt01.dot is the caller to Kappris and exposes all events raised by Kappris. It does not have any user macros, nor does it actually handle any of the Kappris events.

For integration with native Microsoft Word, use template KapprisWord.dot in conjunction with @kpnt01.dot. Modify the KapprisIntegration module of this template to handle Kappris events and thus customise print processing.

For integration with Interwoven DMS, use template KapprisInterwoven.dot in conjunction with @kpnt01.dot. Modify the KapprisIntegration module of this template to handle Kappris events and thus customise print processing. NB This works with imano2k.dot as supplied with Interwoven (IManage).
