Choosing a default Print Mode based on user’s membership of a group
Use KapprisIntegration.dotm and place in the user’s Word StartUp folder - c:\users\USERNAME\appdata\roaming\microsoft\word\startup
Open the file (r-click & open) and hit F-11
R-Click Modules and choose Import File. Import the ModuleAD2.bas file
Edit as necessary to match correct group name etc
Save and close
This should set the default Print Mode to ‘Plain Simplex’ if the user is a member of the group ‘Kappris_Simplex’. Otherwise the Print Mode will be ‘Plain Duplex’
