1256 - Merge PrintSequencer work onto maintenance release
Done. The maintenance releases from 1.6.13 onward are PrintSequencer compatible. This removes the need for customers to install a different Kappris version if they are using the PrintSequencer. The new version works with or without the PrintSequencer.
1257 - Attachments within attachments not printing
Scenario: Outlook email with an email attachment that itself contains printable attachments. If the email attachment is not marked for printing then its sub-attachments will also not print, even though they may be marked for printing. Fixed
