Kappris Office Integration now ignores Ctrl+P if printing is already in progress to avoid thread conflicts

815 - Caxton exception because of get_Count failure

get_Count has been fixed.

816 - KapStore waits too long between writing PrintParams xml files

The old method caused timeout errors on lengthy documents with complex pages. This is now fixed.

818 - Caxton exits without printing anything, but with no error either

The way Caxton waits for pages is now more consistent and robust.
