1513: Kappris Print button not working with Calendar

It does not make sense for Kappris to operate when the Calendar is showing. Kappris button now does not appear when the Calendar Explorer is showing.

1490: Circumvent WorkSite read-only error when printing WorkSite items

WorkSite Outlook Integration detects when a mail item has been modified and raises an error even if the mail item is saved somewhere else temporarily. Kappris now "hides" the fact that it is working with a WorkSite item in order to prevent WorkSite from complaining.

1514: Default printer not being set to Kappris

Additional code included to ensure default printer is set correctly for the duration of an Outlook print. Displays error if Kappris cannot be temporarily set to be default printer.
