Setting up Paper Trays

This is changed in your Printer Profile in KPMGR.

Click on the plus next to Printer Profiles on the left to expand and click the correct driver for your printers.

Double click the profile on the right hand side and choose the Paper tab. You can set the correct drawer for each paper type here.

Repeat for all applicable profiles. You can use Import to copy from another profile if needs be.

Click File - Publish to save the changes to the central configuration.

You will need to close/open word to make changes take effect.
