Description
Kappris printing cannot find any print modes that are eligible for use by the current application.
Circumstances
User is attempting to print from Microsoft Outlook using Kappris. Currently no other applications are affected.
Causes
There are no print modes that have been identified as eligible for use in Microsoft Outlook.
Background
Although Kappris makes ALL print modes available to Microsoft Word, it only makes a print mode available to Microsoft Outlook if the print mode's SELECTOR field contains the word "outlook" (case-insensitive).
Fix
Use the Kappris Control Panel (kpmgr.exe) to display the properties of any print mode that you would like to make available to Microsoft Outlook.
On the Advanced tab, enter the word "outlook" in the SELECTOR field. If there is already something in the SELECTOR field, use ";" to separate current contents from "outlook".
Then click OK.
